Celebrating Success: Creating a Generation of Children of Achievement

Well done! Congratulations! We are proud of you!

These are the phrases that motivate and inspire us all. Yet, in our celebrity obsessed society we do not hear enough about the good deeds and accomplishments of those children and communities that have made a difference.

(Woogi World™ Students—exactly as submitted):
"You get to have fun and learn how to properly use the internet"
    -Aubrey B. Elementary School Participant

"I like the games that teach about family, math, friends, and sharing"
    -Mia B. Elementary School Participant

"It's always fun! Also it's safe and protective for children every age!"
    -Maha S. Elementary School Participant

It is true, nobody can do everything but everybody can do something!

How do you teach children early in life the benefits of building a strong character, leadership and community service in a safe and fun environment?

Can you imagine an environment where children, early in their educational experience have the opportunity to interact with other like-minded children worldwide and safely learn how to work together in society?

Consider the possibilities:

  • Through the use of gaming, children ages 5-12 are attracted to age appropriate games where they learn Internet safety, proper online behavior and etiquette.
  • Children participate in individual and group activities both online and off-line where they learn character and value traits that will last a lifetime.
  • With the help of many community organizations and corporate sponsors, children have the ability to participate in an endless number of local, national and worldwide community service activities where they learn about the world around them and how they can help.

As "Internet Parents" we must utilize the technology that our children have embraced to the best of their activities and discourage those that have potential for long-term damage.

With that goal in mind, Children's Way, developer of Woogi World™, is creating a very unique and powerful program to motivate and inspire both children and families of Woogi World™.

The Woogi Honors Program

We decided to take the best of what motivates children and create a program that celebrates their achievements in the biggest possible way.

Woogi World™ has created the "Woogi Honors Program" a package of lifetime achievement acknowledgement.

We want to celebrate and provide a pattern of acknowledgement to those children that choose to learn more and reach for ever greater goals. We think children should be acknowledged for their online and offline achievements. Through the "Woogi Honors Program" we are able to develop and provide tremendous benefits to our children that are behaving in a manner that benefits all of society.

Preparing for College

Community service is almost a requirement for accessing college scholarships. Those that have a history of giving (not just their junior and senior year of High School) are highly sought by those providing grants and scholarship. Woogi World™ participants, through the various events, adventures, projects and programs will have a history of community service. The more subscribers achieve (online and offline through games, activities and projects) the more acknowledgements they receive.

We believe that rewarding a childhood and hopefully years of good behavior and community service learning with The "Woogi Honors Program" will encourage children to continue to strive for improvements in their life and community.

The Program will provide all of our participating subscribers with the level of acknowledgments and praise that should make every parent proud.

Below is a brief list of the benefits of the "Woogi Honors Program".

  1. Annual Woogi World™ sponsorship for one child. This will entitle the child to some of the enhanced features of Woogi World™ such as safe chat, more multiplayer games, more space for their things, etc.
  2. Letter from the Governor congratulating the child on learning how to use the Internet to do good things at home, at school and in the community.
  3. Letters from your State Senator/s congratulating you on your good work using the Internet to become a leader in the community and what a great positive example your child is to all those around him.
  4. Letter from the State Attorney General congratulating the child on learning how to use the Internet to do good things at home, at school and in the community.
  5. Safe Internet Filter to put on the child's computer.
  6. An introductory subscription from one of the following kids magazines: National Geographic Kids, Ranger Rick, Girls Life, etc.
  7. Enter 1 child in the "Honored Kids in DC" competition where a select number of kids and their parents will be sent all-expenses-paid to Washington DC for 3 days to be honored by Congress for being outstanding examples of kids that are using the Internet for good.
  8. Enter to become the winner of "Interview with a Talk Show Host". This child will be interviewed by one of the leading talk show hosts such as Larry King, Oprah, Good Morning America, etc about what is happening on Woogi World™ that is teaching and motivating kids to use the Internet for good.
  9. Inclusion in numerous contests and events that provide prizes and recognition for your child.

Most importantly, Woogi World™, parents, teachers and state government will be tracking the success of our Woogi World™ subscribers and their transcripts will be available for future use in scholarship and college applications.

"I was reading over FAQ and realized there will be an expiration date.

Is there a way I can let my children continue going to Woogi World for a few years? Both of them have high functioning autism; performing exceptionally well in academics while struggling with basic social skills.

They have learned so much about appropriate interactions with peers with this program. Woogi world gives them exact rules, constant repetition, and direct feedback that they need.

Not only can I allow them to use the internet less supervised, (they no longer "obey" the pop-up ads or invitations to chat; they communicate their online activities clearly to me) but they apply some woogi lessons to life away from the computer. They have a clearer understanding of what is "garbage" talk on the playground, plus fresh ideas of what good friends CAN talk about. If you are not familiar with autism, let me just say these are absolutely amazing results.

They will not learn all they can in a year, because each "global chat" with other woogies gives them new experiences. We would suffer a big loss here if they could no longer access Woogi world. Is there a way to continue the service? It is something I am willing to pay for, if necessary."

The Woogi World™ 20 level journey is free to all subscribers. There is no cost to build character, leadership skills and community service…as it should be!

The acknowledgement services provided in the "Woogi Honors Program" provide participating families with evidence of their accomplishments, prizes and history of service that will be invaluable throughout their lifetime. In the future we will set a donation level for the "Woogi Honors Program".

As always we seek your feedback about our decisions moving forward. Please take a moment to participate in our short survey so that we can do a better job of creating programs that will continue to motivate your children to learn character, leadership skills and participated in community service while having fun.

Sincerely,
